Can you give accurate info on gold content in CPU and methods of reclamation? I would like to start reclaiming gold from old, obsolete computer parts. I know there is a fortune in gold inside the various parts, but I am unfamiliar with the amounts and methods of doing it. For instance: Are the pins on the processor solid gold or just a base metal that is gold plated? How can one get the gold out of the sealed resin chip? What computer parts are the most gold laden?
